DRAFT – to be reviewed. This page is a draft for an India-only product. A lawyer still needs to review it before anyone relies on it. It names no company or other legal entity, and it states no price, because those details are not final.

Terms

Last updated: 21 October 2026. Policy version 2026-10-21.

These terms are a draft for using CardDesk in India. They are not a finished contract. No company or other legal entity is named here, because that is not final. No price is stated, because pricing is not final.

Who can use CardDesk

You must be 18 or older and using CardDesk in India. You confirm that when you create an account. CardDesk is not offered to anyone under 18, and this draft is not an offer to people outside India.

The account

An account is created from a private invitation. You choose your own password. The invitation works once. You are responsible for keeping the password, and any authenticator, private. To close the account, or to withdraw the agreement you gave when it was created, write to Dhyey Jatania at jataniadhyey@gmail.com (Grievances and suggestions).

What the product does

CardDesk helps you keep card bills, expenses and statements in one place. It reads mail only as the Privacy Policy describes. The figures depend on the messages and entries you connect. CardDesk does not pay a bill, move money, or give bank, tax or investment advice.

Your records

You keep ownership of the records you store. You allow CardDesk to store and process them only to run the tracker for you. Do not put someone else’s data into CardDesk unless you have a proper right to do that.

Acceptable use

Do not try to open another person’s workspace, probe the service, or use CardDesk to break the law. CardDesk may suspend an account that is used that way.

Availability and liability

This is a draft service. It may stop for maintenance, a fault or a review. This draft promises no particular uptime. To the extent Indian law allows, CardDesk is not liable for a bank charge, a missed bill, or a decision you make from the tracker. Nothing here limits liability that Indian law does not allow to be limited, including liability for fraud.

Privacy

The Privacy Policy is part of these terms. Where the two differ about personal data, the Privacy Policy applies.

Contact and changes

Privacy questions, deletion requests and withdrawal of the agreement you gave when the account was created go to Dhyey Jatania at jataniadhyey@gmail.com (Grievances and suggestions). The same address is on the Contact page. The date at the top is the last update of this draft.
